The offer

Train & manufacture.

Your institution brings teaching, tools, workshop space and qualified supervision. Funded production orders support training and meaningful paid manufacturing work for people in substance-use recovery and people rebuilding after mental-health challenges.

Your contribution

What you bring

  • Assess the design, workshop capacity and production methods.
  • Develop supervised training and competence checks.
  • Agree equipment, materials, safety, pay and a realistic production plan.

Your opportunity

What you gain

  • Real production briefs linked to transferable skills.
  • A practical community reintegration and livelihoods partnership.
  • Opportunities for fabrication, assembly, finishing, maintenance and repair training.
A practical example
A supervised team prepares suitable recovered tyres, assembles approved frames and fits replaceable message panels. Accepted boards enter the fleet; workers receive the agreed pay for their work.

Illustrative partnership, not a claim of an existing deployment.

Clear from the start

Training and commercial production have clear budgets and terms. Paid work is not dependent on whatever money remains after a campaign. Participation and personal stories are voluntary; recovery information stays private. The first step is an approved prototype and costed training plan—not an untested production target.
